RETURN POLICY
Thank You for shopping with us at michibaby.com. If for any reason that you are not 100% satisfied with your new purchase, you can send it right back. We will refund your order within 30 days of your original purchase date. Please contact us at 1-866-573-1494 twenty-four hours a day / 7days a week (excluding the Christmas and Thanksgiving Holidays). You must call us or e-mail us at info@michibaby.com for your Return Authorization Number. Please include the R.A.# with the item in it’s original packaging. We will not accept any returned items that were damaged by the consumer or used in anyway.
We will gladly credit your Discover/Visa/MasterCard/or AMEX account promptly when we receive your return with your RA number.

EXCHANGE
If an item was damaged while in transit please call or e-mail us and we will issue an exchange number. You can schedule a pick up with UPS or you can drop it off at an UPS store, send it FedEx, or mail it to us via U.S. Postal Service.
Once we receive the damaged product, your new product will be mailed out the next business day. You can expect to receive your replacement purchase within 7-10 business days, unless the product is on backorder by the manufacturer.

Any order over $99.00 S&H is FREE
Additional shipping fee applies to any orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
BACKORDER
We stock majority of our items in our warehouse. On occasion, we may have an item drop shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. We will inform you if an item that you have purchased is on backorder via e-mail and provide you with an estimated ship date. Please contact us with any questions or concerns at 1-866-573-1494.
